Bangor Breakfast Rotary

Who are we?
Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peach in the world.

The Bangor Area Breakfast Rotary (BABR) Club – one of the two Rotary clubs in Bangor – was chartered in 1989 and has enjoyed substantial growth and tremendous accomplishments in its 20-year history.

Welcome to All That Jazz 2014!

We are so happy to host the 9th annual Bangor Jazz concert showcasing the extraordinary talent of area high school music programs. We enjoy music in the Bangor Area Breakfast Rotary Club and we are proud to encourage and promote local musical talent and to support school music programs and local non-profits.  These area high school music programs are preparing what is sure to be an amazing display of Jazz music for your entertainment.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, the Jazz concert on March 27, 2014 will result in a $1,000 award to each of the four groups that perform and an additional $2,000 for the band whose performance the audience votes to be the best. In addition, proceeds from ticket sales for this event will be donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Maine.

Be it an individual, church or civic group, small business or large corporation, by partnering together we have made huge strides towards our goal. We must not stop pressing ahead however in our efforts to conquer a problem of this importance and magnitude.

Thank you for supporting the efforts of the Bangor Area Breakfast Rotary Club. We hope you come out to be delighted by the wonderful night filled with Jazz music.  Simply put, it's All That Jazz!
